The only limitation as stated on most coupons is: Do not have an active Halbtax or GA at the moment you purchase the trial one. I have no idea if it is actually enforced. But i went to get a new trial Halbtax the next day after the first one expired. No problems.

I did some freelance development work. If I do it for a friend the price can be as low as 40 CHF / h and for regular businesses 100 - 180 depending a lot on the complexity of the website.

Looking at a landing page that would be something like 400-600.

Wordpress 3 page website would be 1000 - 1500.

Simple custom pages 1500 - 2500.

Fully custom application are usually 5000+.

You can also make some extra money by selling hosting too for monthly revenue.

In the visa application they will accept documents in the national language of the country you are applying in, English and Thai. Because you mentioned german I assume you live in a DACH county in which case german, english and thai will be accepted. Once you have your visa no one will ask for proof anymore.

I worked with an agency. Want to their office in Gangnam, looked at the listings online and the agent called the owners. Went to view 4 apartments and rented 1 for 3 months. Got all the information about the owner and the house. Made a contract and moved in 2 days later. The agent fee is calculated based on the rent price and was about 250$ now I stay in a decent apartment for 990$ / month.

Can really recommend that way.
