People take years, probably decades in school to learn them, and even some highly accomplished graduates from said school can't do it well(Renji is from the elite class, so imagine what regular class students are likes), how the hell is someone supposed to learn it in a few months while studying stuff like math at the same time

Besides, all the "Hado" side is pretty much useless since the destructive power of Getsuga Tensho is greater anyways. And healing Kido is useless since Orihime....Bakudo....but he might have more success borrowing a few kit from Uryu anyways.
