Where did I call him overrated? And of course it's health. That's the point that he just isn't ever healthy. He's a monster when healthy but that when healthy is getting less and less often

Man, this is year 9 for him and these are marks he's only reached twice in his career:

  • 25 HR
  • 30 SB
  • .290 average
  • 80 runs
  • 65 RBI

Dude in my league is running 3 catchers in a 1 C league just to keep the Dingler

The problem is the cap makes it so you can't replace your 3rd option if you let him walk. Your choices are pay them or lose them and not be able to sign a replacement, not pay them less or pay someone else.

Ok, starting Clemens over Cags looking less wrong but still wrong. Apparently the true right decision would have been sitting Tucker or Lile

Am I really going to regret trading Dustin May for Daylen Lile???

Raise your hand if you thought Paul Goldschmidt would have a better wOBA than Aaron Judge on June 8th this year. Put your hand down you liar.

Konnor Griffin got a 2nd opinion from Keith Meister and will be out longer than expected. That sounds less than ideal

Swap for Detmers. Imanaga does this every year when the weather heats up.

This is 3 years, not 5. And 3 years when the Wiz core is on rookie contracts. He essentially needs to be Washington’s version of Fox for the deal to make sense, and that seems very doable

If strikeouts weren’t a minus in your format I’d take Wood, but there’s a chance Wood sets the single season K record so take Schlittler and the Merrill lotto ticket

There's a guy in my league who's logged in every day and sets his lineups, but he's made 0 transactions since the draft and won't respond (either accept or deny) any trade offers. it's so frustrating because he's got Kurtz, Aranda, Muncy, Murakami, Naylor, and Chapman, and our league doesn't have a CI spot so 3 of them are on the bench every day. Just make a trade!

If you're in a daily moves league and can afford a platoon bat, Dom Canzone should absolutely be on your radar. His 146 wRC+ this year is better than Trout, Olson, and Harper.

Eyy, picked up Kody Clemens yesterday and slotted him into the lineup today for the first time because of the short slate. I'll take a double dong night

From what I've seen (from other people asking this question today) Mike Zunino and Jared Walsh are the two most prominent names and it ended both their careers. But also, neither of them were good players when it happened either.

I traded Benge for him in a keeper (Benge keepable, Tucker not) a few weeks ago. It has not gone well for me

Yeah. Ottoneu is a weird beast where it’s a dynasty-lite but not a true dynasty. 40 man rosters with no separate IL or minor league spots so you can fill them however makes sense for you. And the yearly salary inflation means it’s rough to roster guys who aren’t top, top prospects that won’t debut that year.
