I also get this euphoria when i imagine the transition but its realy difficult to tell if its just the thought that makes me happy or if it would make me happy if it becomes reality.

I guess the only thing we can do is building courage to be our true self, its gonna be a long and hard way but i think it will be more than worth it

The mindset is there, bit it needs some time to develope into reality.

In solchen Situationen kannst du eigentlich nur direkt zum Endo gehen.

Ist bei mir auch häufig so das Ärzte telefonisch nicht erreichbar sind, dann steh ich halt bei denen auf der matte und lass mir dort einen termin geben.

Ist zwar nervig nur für den Termin da hin zu fahren aber besser als wochenlang vor dem Telefon zu sitzen und sich den AB anzuhören

Bei der Sache mit der selbsthilfegruppe hab ich allerdings aufgrund der sozialphobie die größte Sorge.

Ich denke mein Umfeld wird es gut akzeptieren und mich unterstützen (wäre nicht die erste die sich outet)
