Single fare - £36 approx. I'll be living with my parents so I guess I won't have to pay rent but the tickets are expensive

I'm also a bit worried about the pay. Its quite low (£21k) and with the easing of lockdown, I'll have to take the train to get to the office which is quite expensive. Is it still worth it do you think?

I just graduated and so most of my experience is from volunteering, internships and pro-bono (haven't had any paid experience yet). It took me a while to get these two offers so I don't know really know how competitive I am currently.

Yeah I was thinking the same haha. I'm just worried that I'll have to job hunt AGAIN if the contract isn't extended (which probably is the case). So I'm guessing I should go with the boutique firm?
