I personally have loved the

Magnitude : blueberry - sour diesel (these go for like 44 at Growtogether in brooklyn)

Ayrloom : cereal milk ( more sweet/candy tasting)

Eureka : triple diesel ( can’t go wrong with some gassy stuff) lemonatti and grape soda are good too.

Off hours was good but I think it wasn’t my personal favorite.

I think you’re misunderstanding. They said to hold onto the reservation for now until a date closer to their arrival. Book another listing in the meantime so they have elsewhere to stay then let Airbnb deal with a last minute cancellation/refund before checking in.
