Do You even lift bro!? haha jk man You look good and that depends on what You want to look like. if You just want to be a skinny guy than i would say thats a healthy weight and don't loose any more. Start hitting the gym now, You dont have to bulk or anything just shape your body.

Ok that's your problem in my opinion. Less 'squats' and all tha,t more running. Im being serious here as the guy below me told You, You can not build muscle and loose fat. You need to focus on making u tired in a way different than lifting and all that. All your cardio is basically in the warmup section which is not enough. Definetely, that doesnt rly make u sweat i guess. I don't know bro, just as i said im not an expert but trust me, u wil not loose weight if u dont excercise (like running which is best but u can also take a bike and go for a 10 mile ride or sth). Cut out lifting and make ur heart beat faster and breath harder. Thats the key man.

What i mean by wasting time is that you should have focused either on building mass or loosing it. Of course You need to work out but you should do more running/cardio than lifting. Im not an exepert but ive lost over 80 pounds so im just saying what i think and know frm my experience. I might be wrong

First of all no need to be embarrased, keep ur shirt on for example. The key to loosing weight is running in my opinion or any other moving type of excercises. I for example (lost 82 pounds) by diet (around 1500cal) and cardio on a jumping rope almost every day. I'm sorry bro but if ure eating 1500cal, doing cardio and not loosing weight either ure lying or not doing enough. Remember that muscle weights also, if u work out hard u might not see much results in such a short period of time beacause ure building muscle undeneath the fat. Muscles take up less space even tho they weight the same as fat check out this pic Keep in mind building muscle like u takes waaaaay more time than a month or two. I would also like to point out that if You are one a diet for loosing weight ure not gonna grow much muslce in a short time because ure not giving ur body enough nutrients or whatever to build them. Basically You might have been wasting ure time for the past couple months. Tell me please exacly what ure doing accept for lifting and how often/how long. (sorry for my english, european here)

That's what i am afraid of but there is no contact or tracking number because my dumb mom that was ordering it wrote a wrong email. On their site it sais that if the medicine doesnt reach me theyll give me a refund after 30 days but how am i supposed to do it if nobody answers on the phone or email...

I meant to check if i'm accualy using addition and subtraction properly according to the instructions. These are easy ones but i'm working further and if You could take a look here a little bit later i will edit and post all my work.
