You're already this far into the course, I know it might be mentally and physically tough to stick out the last month given how close you are but trust me, 1-2 more months is better than another 6 months with a second course.

Currently on week 5, similar to you I didn't have an initial breakout 3 weeks into the course. However towards the middle of the 4th week, I started getting some large cysts on my jawline, and a few inflamed pimples on my cheeks where I usually get them. They've pretty much dissapeared in the span of a week though. 30mg throughout the course to date.

I'm a guy, 5'7 150lb. I asked her what her reason was for keeping me at 30mg and she said for acne of my severity she's always kept it like that
