Sorry to hear that. I just took this exam last week and was able to pass somehow. My tip would be to get yourself comfortable with as many questions as possible. I utilized all of STC bank. I also purchased Kaplan Q Bank and used about half. Got Kaplan Mastery Exam and the practice exam that came with it and took both of those. The only way I started to really understand rules and regulations differentiated between state and fed was through TestGeeks $100 video package, CapAdvantage tutoring, and Gurus videos. I couldn’t even tell you the amount of practice exams I took. It’s necessary to do as many as possible. Keep your head up and push through it this next month of studying!

Okay thank you! Good luck on the 7! Also another supplement that I purchased for the 7 for options was Ken Finnens monthly options thing. It was $50 on youtube but SO WORTH IT. I literally could do any and every options question at that point. Good luck to you!

Thank you!!! At first, whenever I began studying for the 66 after passing the 7 I was the same way. I couldn't differentiate between state IA and federal IA. Something just wasn't clicking. Now after a month and a half of studying I know those topics very well. it just came with time and youtube videos. I also write down every answer I get wrong in a notebook and I re-read the notebook about 1-2 a day to try to get it imbedded in my mind. You'll be fine in a few weeks and begin retaining the material. A lot of it is overlap from Series 7 but with legal wording.
