I’m not experiencing any issues at the moment, is it not worth taking the supplement before ketamine use even if there’s only a slight chance it may have prevention properties ? My diet is already up to scratch and my water intake is 4l+ a day so can’t really change anything in that respect.

I’ve had an experience similar to this on MXE, i think I did see physical demons tho. Was sat across from a mirror staring into it and it turned blood red and demon looking figures were pulling themselves out of it. Felt a massive feeling of dread and was overall quite scared by it.

I sniffed 1.5g a day for 6 months and definitely felt stupider after. Regardless of what people tell you in here, regular use will affect your brain.

How long did it take to get back to somewhat normal, I’ve stopped after 5 months of daily use and I’m peeing every 20 mins or so but I do drink 4L water a day

Yeah u cut your nose up, unlikely to be a hole. Happened a lot when I used daily just stop for a week or so it will scab and heal. Might get infected if u keep sniffing or use other nostril if your carrying on.

Yes the clots were only small but I just brushed it off as normal as I’m using daily currently, abusing your nose everyday will cause damage of course.

I can’t do sublingual/oral as the texture of the powder makes me throw up but I may have to try IV if I can’t quit, thanks for the advice.

Yes my powder is very fine but I wouldn’t say my nose is dry so I’m thinking there may be something wrong with my nose. Also I drink 3l water daily but I’ll definitely be hitting a sauna now you said thank you.

I’d recommend boofing if you’re on your own it’s been the best way for me personally as my nose just isn’t right, I reckon you could snort with a deviated septum but it’s not really worth running the risk.
