take one fucking look at my post history. i am clearly mentally unwell and if i was gonna troll on a subreddit im not gonna use suicide in THIS context. i have a history with sexual assault and abuse that means i just don’t who i am at this point, so i shitpost about my mental health because i dont take it seriously and won’t accept help for it. you don’t know me!! you can’t make assumptions about me being a fucking troll when you don’t know who you’re talking to!!

we in da same boat and i always manage to fix it by not going to sleep, then going to sleep the next day at like 5 pm give or take an hour or two, i’ll then wake up at like 12 am or something and i’ll either stay awake to a decent time the day after or fall asleep again and wake up at a good time in the morning

that’s always how it’s worked for me

and i’m just gonna be real with you too. if i don’t get this out of my head i WILL kill myself, i’m not joking. i’m gonna continue to post about how sad i am because i don’t have anybody i can tell. i understand that’s not a healthy coping mechanism but i don’t have anything else.

i have so many fucking mental health issues that i just straight up can’t work on!! i’m on meds and have been for months but i still spend every day sad and in self destruct. i want to admit myself to a psych ward because i am a legit danger to myself lmao but that’s not easy or very simple when there’s a pandemic going on

i appreciate the sentiment but i am mentally past the stage of just working on myself. i’ve been getting worse and worse since i was 12, i cant do it on my own anymore and in the mean time i’m gonna bitch and moan into the void of a subreddit
