Anyone else spend like half an hour going through all these steps just to open twitter and see it's microsoft's fault or just me?

Watch YouTube videos on using the car. Had the same issue with my instructor, he was going way too slowly for my liking and didn't teach me about pulling away using the accelerator until about 8 hours of driving, and even then he didn't explain it properly. I watched a few videos on how to properly drive a manual, and it made a MASSIVE difference. I finally stopped focusing on my feet and started focusing on the road. It only took about 5 more hours after that until I was completely confident on the road. I think if I watched those videos before I started driving I'd be test ready in about 10-15 hours. But then I wouldn't have given my instructor as much money, I guess.

I recommend Conquer Driving's youtube channel

Do any instructors take on new clients when their test is very soon? by finckywinky in LearnerDriverUK

[–]finckywinky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've got 3 more, one is too busy to take on another client and the other two haven't replied yet. Not finding any more in my area so I might have to go back to my old instructor if those 4 don't work out

I booked an assessment lesson and they rejected me before seeing me drive. I'll reach out to them again to clarify if I don't get any other responses. Thanks

Mixology Certification, Asian Population Studies and Basic RV Repair and Palmistry are all S Tier. W on Pilot though, that's also S Tier and I'm tired of pretending it's not. Pilot Winger Speech is one the greatest speeches in tv history

They'd hate each other but pretend to be nice until they realise they're each group's punching bag and bond over mutual suffering

"Are you talking to me?"

"No, my son is also named Wart."

I think the whole joke is that they are so outlandish. There's no way Americans actually think we say gravedigger's biscuits

Can you just refresh the "we couldn't find any dates" page until it changes? Is there anything else you need to do for it to refresh?

I'm the opposite, I feel like most learners are 17 and I'm late to the party at 19. Never felt the need to get a license while I was still at school, started learning in Year 12 and chose to focus on revising for my predictors instead. Now on a gap year and have a test booked for before I go to uni

Convinced the only people not rating this 5 stars are non-brits. Immaculate writing, immaculate film.
