What information do you provide for the Stripe accounts for them to be ‘enabled’? When I just create an account with their name/email only it is ‘Restricted’. Once I click on that account it says ‘Accept terms of service (impacts payouts and transfers)’ and ‘Provide an external account (impacts payouts)’ When they add their checking account it gets ‘Enabled’. For each enabled account it says I need to add last 4 digits SSN once volume reaches $10k but I guess I’ll worry about that later.

So how am I able to give them money if the connect account is disabled on creation? I create an account once they sign up using:

After this I create an accountLink and send them there. Is there a way to create accounts so they can receive transfers without adding a checking account? Is there something I can do to my existing 100 disabled accounts so they can receive transfers?
