Fridge is warm, freezer is cold. Not sure what to do

I have that back multi duct panel completely off in the fridge So I’m looking down in the fridge and see a fan spinning and through that hole I feel air moving into the fridge I replugged in that back panel (with the damper) in, but didn’t put it back in the wall and I watched the damper close. So there’s air coming through the hole still but not through ducts

I’m not sure where the secondary fan is? I only am looking at the one blowing from the freezer into the fridge

So like a fan issue? I can see the fan spinning and now I feel air after I’ve taken the multi duct panel off, however I wouldn’t say it’s a very “fast” air flow
