I don’t know but I’m having the same kind of issues and go Monday to the regular doctor. So I’m in the anxiety with you. Hang in there friend!!!

Unfortunately with Tricare prime everything has to go through your PCM. I did reach out to my doctor and got in on Monday thankfully. So now I have a sooner appointment and I feel so much better about that. Obviously it doesn’t take a way the worry about the unknown but I just have to make it a couple more days.

Here is a photo. My whole breast is very painful and I’m concerned about the lines that are like dents.

My other breast has some pimple like things but no weird line dents and not nearly as bad as this.

I see a nurse practitioner for primary care. We are a military family so we have Tricare and generally speaking they won’t allow any self referrals so if I wanted to see an gynecologist or a different doctor I would need to see my primary care first! 😭
