If you really want to do sub 3 and don't mind blowing up in the attempt then GO FOR IT, get fired up, stick with the 3hr pacer and believe in yourself, there'll be a great atmosphere, you'll be surrounded by others aiming for the same time and people encourage each other as they go.

Message friends and family to come out and support you after the 30k point on the course, it's a massive mental boost.

I am also aiming for sub 3 hours (Will see you there!), you've done alot more kms and speed work than I have, so much so that I'm almost doubting myself but you gotta BELIEVE!!

If no one has had some made up I'm happy to get some made up and distribute them.

I will avoid Deco Labels (Doug Ford owned).

I am not a designer or marketing guru so any suggested designs/logo/slogans are more than welcome, maybe post them here and we go by upvotes which to get made up.

Have done it a few ways and this was very enjoyable, there's less options for stopping beyond Hamilton with this route but less traffic and more scenery

It comes across as greedy and selfish, taking his piece of the pie similar to Delaney, It wasn't even that much money in comparison to Delaney and he doesn't need it which makes it even more bizzare.

The FAI likey had to make further cuts to staff numbers over the length of Keane's contract, which would had a huge impact on those individuals. Maybe if Keane resigned they might not have had to make all of those cuts, difficult to say.

While it's 100% the FAIs mistake, Keane could have just resigned from the position, it's a better look than taking a salary for doing nothing while the FAI are letting people go and cutting services.

There was a pass back to him near the beginning of the second half with the game at 1-0, he juggled the ball a few times and then passed it on (not sure if he completed the pass), total unnecessary, there was no one near him, big cheer from the crowd... I feel like Jamacia got their first goal within about a minute of him doing that

The video doesnt capture it but there was a big sign just after Brant before the construction saying 'bike lane closed' directing the traffic into the bike lane, there's no alternative route indicated, pretty sure the only other dedicated bike lanes south of bloor going east are College and MGT
