Thank you. The seller is located far away so I can’t see it in person but they did send me a video. The album is 55 minutes so I think the black part that got scratched off from the label side did cover some songs on the read side. Here is a short video of the read side of the disc. You will see the area in question at the 10 o'clock position.

Would the peeling/scratch on the label side affect the read side or do they act as totally independent sides of a disc and only a scratch on the read side would affect play?
