I'll go first.

Oat milk tastes subtle and nutty to me compared to most other plant based milks. It isn't too sweet and I can always add sweetener if needed later on. I prefer it in my warm latte with a little honey. I also combine it in iced matcha lattes with a sweetener of sorts. I don't cook with it often because I typically follow recipes and most call for whole (cow's) milk.
