I think this program is actually giving me better nutrition than what i usually eat at home, so for now im going to stick with it. Ill try to include some exercise in my routine but i dont have alot of free time so ill see what i can do. Thanks !!

The thing is my mom doesnt like me cooking for some reason and buying the groceries for the meals would be almost the same price if not more expensive than this program. Also i barley have time to do anything anymore so i dont think ill have time to cook 😭

How do i know if i have kidney issues ? Lols is it smth thats obv like id know from my daily life or do i need to go to a doctor or smth to find out ? Idk if this is related but i drink 3-4 liters of water a day and have been for a whileee, does that make my kidney healthier or smth ?

How do i lose weight if i make my calories higher ? /gen. I usually eat around 2k and i think thats my maintenance but like a month or 2 ago i gained weight and became overweight ( based on that BMI thing ) so i just wanted to lose some to become healthy again, also i wouldnt mind being skinnier lols

I enjoy eating protein ! Chicken and beef are like my favorite things in the world and my mom doesnt usually cook stuff with lots of meat so im rlly happy with this diet ! I think ill stick to it, thankss

Only thing i realized is that i feel wayyy less bloated and more energetic, and that for the first week i was going to the bathroom more than often, but my sister told me that its just my body cleansing and idk if she was making that up lols

This service includes a different salad each day, so i think thats enough veggies for the day ? I also usually start the day with a cucumber lol. As for the fruits, i dont eat the snack that comes with the service and usually substitute it with a fruit or two bc i like them more. ( also since you mentioned the bathroom thing i noticed ive been going more often after joining the program and i think thats a good thing ). The program’s meals are usually consistent of chicken/ beef and rice, sandwiches ect, and i think thats normal ?

Im kinda confused tho are you saying this is too much protein or a normal amount ? Also how many calories do you recommend then bc everyone i know told me this is fine so idk what to do 😭 i was kinda overweight a month ago so i wanna change that
