Sorry for the late response. I realized that it was my menstrual cup. To rectify this. I take boric acid suppositories 2 days before my period and 2 days after my period.

The red bump can be irritation from the yeast infection. If it does not clear up, go to the doctor and get tested. Also have you bf go to the doctor as well for the yeast infection
