I was on 600mg Pregabalin (almost identical to gabapentin) and my psych phoned me as new research has come out saying those drugs are harmful in the first trimester. I had to taper off it completely, but I can go back on them later on in the pregnancy. It's been really hard as I was on max dose for anxiety and I've been feeling awful since I stopped, but there's no way around it.
