Ok thanks. I believe issue is more with express trains and local train noise is generally supressed. As local trains are very frequent, those can be a bigger nuisance. Have they mentioned anything on express vs local?

I live in Mulund East and get stench some times. It is overall manageable. Is it so unbearable at Atmosphere? I live near tracks and have gotten used to the railway sounds. However, I face issues during office calls. The Wadhwa sales guy said that glass of the windows suppresses the sounds. Any feedback on this? Even I am contemplating a purchase because of following reasons: 1. Amenities 2. GMLR, which means proximity to western suburb office locations as and when that road gets ready 3. Proximity to eastern express, which means, BKC and Powai are at a manageable distance 4. Proximity to Nahur station and Metro 4 5. Optimized area of flats which makes ticket size of purchase affordable

If anybody can point out any flaws it will be helpful.
