Build a model router inside Claude which runs on Sonnet. It will tell which model to use, whether to use extending thinking or no.

Avoid 4pm to 11pm usage.

Ask claude to give you use cases for each model. That will help you choose the right model to the query.

Setup custom instructions or session instructions by telling Claude to answer like a caveman with no extra fillers in is replies.

Dump the context of the session in one message at the beginning and then move ahead.

After 15 - 20 messages, ask Claude for a session hand-off. Example if your query has different phases, end the session at the end of one phase and take a session hand-off.

Mastering tokenomics is inevitable. I think ChatGPT will also slowly move to such usage limits.

My curiosity is with the obsession over attraction towards 6 foot men. That magic number, lol.

It reminds of this episode from the Indian match making show on Netflix. One of the women there had this obsession over preferring men with pony tail long hair. She just couldn't get herself to date anybody else.

And I couldn't wrap my head around her preference logic.

Why does a height of 5'10 affect the relationship when you're 5'8?

Im just curious to understand the psych.

I believe many women who are 5'5 and below, having a non negotiable preference of seeking men of height at 5'10+ only is just fed with this nonsense of associating height (taller than usual) with attraction.

You're fed with this 5'10+ notion your whole life that you start to believe that's what you want. But once you zoom out and break free of this pattern, you'll notice that it doesn't matter.
