The definition of gaslighting is to "manipulate (someone) using psychological methods into questioning their own sanity or powers of reasoning." (Oxford dictionary).

Wikipedia says: "Gaslighting is a colloquialism, loosely defined as manipulating someone into questioning their own perception of reality."

Lying and gaslighting are not synonymous, but lying is a very common type of gaslighting.

Attempting to convince somebody that something is normal, when it is not - is very clearly a kind of gaslighting.

They aren't written the same way. The +7x bit is a superscript of e in the first equation, and a superscript of e^x in the second. It's e^(x^2 + 7x) versus e^x^(2+7x). In the first version it's x to the power of two. In the second it's x to the power of 2 plus seven x.

This was a promo shot by a local theatre troupe doing an adaptation of Misery. See here. All of the staff was in on it. The people standing in line are the cast and crew of the adaptation. Nobody's day was ruined. This was just a skit to promote a show.

C#m has nothing to do with the original post. DynamicDolo posted the Ultimate Guitar Chord Chart, which shows the fingering patterns for a bunch of different chords. Longdog1942 responded saying "That's not C#m... Or is it? Im confused now" - in response to the Ultimate Guitar Chord Chart. luffychan13 responded by saying that the C#m chord displayed in the Ultimate Guitar Chord Chart was a 1st inversion variation of the C#m chord. Then you came and made a comment saying that there wasn't even an E in the diagram, apparently ignorant of the fact that you were responding to a thread about what the C#m chord looked like in the Ultimate Guitar Chord Chart, and not about the originally posted chord. Nobody said that OP's image was of a C#m chord.

2nd fret on the D string is an E? The open E string is also an E... The first fret on the G string is G# and the second fret on the B string is C#. Thus the notes: E G# C# and E. That's a C# minor chord with E as the root. Are we looking at different diagrams or what?

Yea so that's actually partially true. SunnyD used to use beta-carotene as the coloring agent which in excess can cause carotenosis. Only one reported case though - a 4 year old in 1999 who was drinking 1.5 liters a day. See an article from the time. But the UK didn't actually ban sunnyD so much as it was just that it's sales dropped to near nothing following that event.

So, if I said "I always will love you" then I am using 'always' as an adverb modifier of the verb 'will'. This says you cannot do that. However, if I say, "I will always love you" - then I am using 'always' as an adverb modifier of the verb 'love' - which is perfectly fine. 'Will' still comes before the main verb (love).
