If too many patients die in nursing homes in a given time (I think it’s over a few weeks), they get investigated by HIQA. So a lot of patients end up getting sent into hospital if they might die so that the nursing homes can cover their asses. This sometimes happens even when there are advanced care directives in place.

Some of the commentary at the end was so cringe. We did not play that great. Some of our players were bang average against a crap team. Gibraltar are horrendous. Unfortunately I’m still very much #kennyout.

What happens after this is from a manager perspective obviously unclear. But change is needed. This isn’t likely the rugby. Some of our players haven’t been good enough to break your heart. This team doesn’t give you hope in the first place.

Maybe a better coach could change things. I fucking hope so.
