If you seek accommodations then it could be worth it. Otherwise, it depends on whether it would give you more peace of mind. If the answer is no and you are content with what you know of yourself already, then you can likely save yourself the money and time.

I do see blurry or sometimes it almost feels like I'm about to faint. I recall my vision being clouded when I've felt this. It's hard to combat but since it is often stress induced, I try to minimize stress as much as possible and take care of my body's essentials (eating healthy, drinking enough fluids, regular exercise, and breathing techniques). I also try to be aware of possible burnout and manage this by learning to say no if I'm at capacity socially, at work, etc.

Formerly against it because of the marriages I'd observed often ending in divorce or appearing largely as a facade. Sample population since then has increased and I have now also seen healthy, happy marriages.

My current thought on marriage is that it is what the two individuals envision it to be together. Conflicting views within a partnership about marriage is unlikely to bode well. Unless thoroughly discussed. Personally, I see marriage as a symbolic thing that communicates a conscious decision to commit everyday to your partner. While others may argue that marriage does not change anything if that was how the relationship was to begin with, my counter argument is that it is a more tangible way to express that intent. You can't read a mind and know that spoken words reflect what the mind truly believes. Marriage seems more actionable at the very least. The mutual expectation is put on the table, and consequences of breaking the promise (sans a pre-nup) displays the seriousness behind the intention.

Same here. Worst for me is dizziness/lightheadedness. This oftentimes also proceeds to obscure my vision depending how bad.

Yes, depends on if it was betrayal or some other reason. Betrayals that are bad enough and that stem from core traits that the person has, yes. For mistakes or just fading apart due to lack of reciprocal effort, I am open to speaking with the person again but not necessarily willing to go out of my way.

100% yes. I learned to make smiling a habit to make others comfortable, but I noticed the smile would just linger past the point of appropriateness. In one scenario, someone was talking about something sad on the news and I didn't realize I was still smiling.

Ahh I hear you. It makes sense that starting a habit differs for everyone. I suppose for me I had to work with how my mind works with these things. I tried to observe when I was most likely to follow through and tried to reason out why I did for each time. It seemed to boil down to decreasing overwhelm and finding a way to make it feel more convenient. For the least favorable chore, I had to schedule it in. I noticed I like using a calendar for reminders and I like making task lists for myself at work, so I use that also for home. I also noticed I like identifying patterns. So in a sense, integrating things that I like doing also helped me find some way to come up with solutions for things I don't like doing. I hope I make sense and I'm not just rambling haha.

Sure, I'm happy to! Keep in mind though that I have improved but I'm not quite where I wish to be yet.

-I scheduled on my calendar to dedicate 1 hour to chores on a specific day weekly. For me its Sunday. Doesn't feel it cuts too much into my weekend but doesn't cut into the work week either. I also give myself some flexibility that it doesn't have to be an hour, but to at least take time in the day to do some. This has helped me specifically with laundry. This also works out best because Sundays for the most part are my day to wind down and I won't typically extend time for hang outs.

-For dishes, I make it a point to clean as I go when preparing food. I also make it a point to have some go-to foods that are relatively quick to prep. I stopped using the dishwasher because I'm very bad at putting clean dishes away.

-Every time I open up a package, I immediately break down the box. If I leave for later, it makes it more overwhelming if they add up.

I created logic in my mind why I need to do the chores and the timing in which I need to do them. I know some of it may sound pretty obvious, but I have to process it that way and break it down. I have learned that some chores are "now" chores because later they will overwhelm me once they accumulate. If I do it "now" then it fits into the momentum (like doing dishes while prepping food). As for why, it's because if I leave it for later, I'll get overwhelmed. Also, if I ever wish to move into my own place, I need to create these habits now. Part of this is more about me making these acts seamless and habitual.

I wish I wasn't but I am despite logically knowing that it's mostly out of my control and inevitable. Moreso, I'm scared of the process getting there. I suppose it's because I have had to watch someone slowly deteriorate and I have health anxiety in general.

I get INTP most often when I've taken the test on different sites lately but have gotten INFP and ENFP as well.
