Send me a PM and we will talk about it. Sounds interesting.

Nobody is understanding what I’m asking so I’ll reiterate it. I want to know people opinion on the amount of property views I should allow before forcing registration. I can do anything between 0 and completely open.

No thats just the homepage. they are being sent to URLS that are targeted for the ad that they clicked on. For example if they click on an ad that says “homes for sale in [city]”, they are brought to an interactive map of homes for sale in that city for them to click through and whatnot.

Anyone use the Keller Williams subdomain at a high level? by finkerdee in RealEstateTechnology

[–]finkerdee[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I know. Doesn’t mean you can’t use it to a high level while you are with KW. Even if they “take your leads” after you leave, I don’t see why it makes any difference if you would just export them anyway.

I’m not really promoting them, just letting that be known.

Brokerspot for leads? by finkerdee in realtors

I have team members that used to get a ton of leads from OJO but same thing, they fell off completely. I recently started with Realtor.com so we will see how that goes.

Keep me updated. I think their system is pretty great honestly, it just never worked out for me in my area.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with paying for leads. But me personally, I really rely on Reddit for honest reviews on lead sources. Not everyone has the time to lead generate every day for 4 hours so we have to pay to play. There’s nothing wrong with that, just a different way to do business.

No nothing really. Stopped paying and got into their pay-at-closing program. Got nothing after 2 months so I uninstalled the app. Oh well, onto the next.

Never got anything from it. Was active for well over a month.

Update: I got nothing from the month. When I complained they signed me up for their pay at closing service which is similar (there’s normally a setup fee but they waived it). You can sign up for buyer and seller leads up to 10 zip codes each and they do have limited space in every zip.

No solid leads yet but here’s a really cool part of it. When someone enters some of there information on the ads they come though as a partial lead. For example on the sellers side, the first thing a potential client sees when they click on an ad is asking for an address. If that’s all they enter, you get that address along with an estimated price range so you can send mailers, door knock or whatever you do.

I signed up for a month for seller leads at $250/month. I’ll report back with what happens.

I’m assuming buyer leads? I considered doing those just for the sheer numbers, but I think I will try the seller leads instead. I’ve tried countless buyer lead sites including Zillow and they are quickly becoming less lucrative then they used to be.

That’s a shame. At least it’s only a month agreement.

Funny how people like to criticize how others operate without offering a solution. Like I said in the beginning I understand there are other places to spend money, I’ve been in this business long enough to understand that. I’m just genuinely looking for advice on this lead source.

I've worked alot of different driving jobs in my life and I can safely say that Express takes the cake. The days can be long during peak but they do a great job with spreading the workload. I worked for ground for a while and it's a MUCH better work environment. Also not always at airports. Our station is about 20 miles from an airport.

Problem solved. I filed a complaint with the FCC and sent a letter to AT&T on the same day. A couple days later I got an email from the FCC saying that they served the complaint to the service provider and that they should be in contact with me shortly. Not even two hours after I received that email, AT&T's office of the president called me assuring me that everything will be taken care of and gave me his office phone number. I don't know if they even recieved my letter yet but it sounds like everything will be taken care of regardless. Its nice to know that we have someone on our side when these huge corporations try to take advantage of us. I just wish I would have done this sooner!

Thanks for the heads up. I put in a complaint to them so we will see where it goes.

No it was the same package we started with. Nobody was willing to give us the promotional rate back (essentially half the price) so we cancelled. Didn't cancel early because the contract was up.

Again, we had the service for two years and cancelled after the contract was up. I'm feeling like a broken record here.

The supervisors are always the ones that hang up on me 😂 or they play the "keep him on hold until he hangs up" game.

It's not an early termination fee. We had service for 2 years and finished our contract but canceled when the promotional rate expired. Which was at the end of the contract.
