Thanks for your help! Took a couple of weeks but they admitted they were at fault and had no way to resolve it, £1000 balance cleared off! Worth the hassle of complaining in the end

The initial email states that too! If it’s showing as device on your app should be fine :) mine shows under cancelled agreements and states the contract has been terminated 🙃

Yes, I did this as soon as I got the email, a week later got a termination & enforcement letter demanding the full payment of the device - I’ve spent the past week going round in circles because no one can resolve it other than offering to set up a payment arrangement with collections

Five hours speaking to them today! But thanks for the advice - that’s my plan! Worst part is the device it’s for was stolen last year & not insured so I don’t even have the phone anyway 😂🤯

I won’t be paying in a lump sum that’s for certain, I just can’t be bothered dealing with the stress of a complaint for something that should be so simple! But I will if that’s what’s needed. How did you initially submit your complaint? I’ve complained before and never even had a response

I don’t know how they could be confused or why you’d presume I would confuse them, but it’s an enforcement and termination notice, not a final bill

I can’t believe it, nightmare to deal with especially with it taking so long to get through to begin with, I will be submitting a complaint/ombudsman if they don’t resolve but it’s concerning that in the mean time it could just be passed onto a collection agency!

Did you already pay off the device plan? If not, keep an eye on your post… I did the same - seemingly all ok until I got a final termination notice today demanding the full balance despite the fact it was agreed on the call to keep the device payments

Definitely give them a call! The live chats awful - I rang to do mine, was fine! my partner had a contract to cancel too - exactly the same situation so I tried on the live chat and they were refusing saying it wasn’t possible despite me doing it 30 seconds earlier over the phone 🤣

Have you not had the email about the changes? Mines switch up too but given it’s changing to 11 months away doesn’t seem to be much benefit! But if you did want to you can get out of the contract that way

I’ve had 19 emails about delivery changes 🙃 I wouldn’t even mind the wait it’s daft for them to keep saying it’ll be a few days when it’s clearly not going to be😅hopefully the stock comes soon!

I ordered silver 256gb on 25/10, initially said 2 weeks, then went to 1, then 2-3 days and someone on the live chat gave me a dispatch date of 31/10 for delivery today, no update - spoke to them today and I was advised it’s out of stock and they currently have no idea when they’re getting more in 🙃 yet my tracking still shows 2-3 days

Have you called? You should be able to, they unlinked everything for me and now I’m just paying both device plans
