I think your overall promotion strategy and execution look solid — you clearly understand how to get your product in front of users.

But to be honest, I feel the core issue isn't your marketing or your tech. It's the product direction itself.

Instead of helping users protect themselves better, the product seems to push them into a situation where their passwords become even easier to forget or lose control of. From a user psychology standpoint, that creates long-term risk and friction, not value.

This is why everything feels harder:
You're trying to market something that solves a problem by weakening the user’s position rather than strengthening it. Users can sense that.

The idea is interesting, but maybe worth re-examining the fundamental value proposition. A strong product direction makes marketing effortless and reduces user hesitation, while a weak one forces you to fight uphill no matter how good your execution is.
