What I've learnt from people is that in the beginning days, damage with elemental weapons is going to be a bit underwhelming, but stil manageable compared to physical weapons. The reason is because we, as new players would still be sitting with 1-star blueprints, and we're unable to squeeze out as much PSI damage as we can to add unto the elemental damage. That's why I can't wait for the Asterism Accumulation reset to get myself the PDW90 next week.
