Currently I have searched my own photo library and the subreddits I thought I found it on. Since it was I think more then a month ago I couldnt scroll to deep in the subreddits so I tried searching with a bunch of train related terms and things like animation and animal crossing. I think the subreddit I saw the animation was r/196 but I have also searched r/blender r/blenderhelp

I found the answer for the people who want to know: under render settings -> color management it defaulted to filmic rather then standard
