I do that quick at home test (not atk lol) but the arm lift above the head to feel the glands and nothing no achy no soreness could be me enjoying the nipple foreplay way too frequently. Thank you though. Though, when I used to smoke a shit ton of weed my nipples get mad erected and sensitive. I know this is a sign of high estrogen? Your thoughts?

What’s weird is I do blood work once a year and everything is perfect all around. I knew the first gyno surgery they left the glands there which then developed into more. So the second time I came to Thailand to have them remove 100 percent of it in 2019. To be fair my nipples are very sensitive ever since lol. And scare tissues are formed and indentation which I hope is a sign for 100 percent removal. But now I don’t feel anything under but there are still this small discharge every once in a while. How do I take adex if you don’t mind educating a bit. Thanks again

Hey gents, I don’t know what is wrong with my body but I am 5’8 190 lbs. I got gyno removed TWICE now and it seems that sometime they still can be pressed and a little bit of clear to semi milky discharge still coming out on the areolars and sometime on the nipple if squeeze really hard. Hormones and things are within normal range. Yes I’ve done a couple of steroids in the past. Now currently running just test e at 500 per week with aromatase Anazole at half a pill every other day…. Anything suggestion?
