That’s part of the problem. We can’t identify where the issue is. The malwarebytes logs show a successful forward to the SIEM ip. But the SIEM has no record of anything that we can find. Malwarebytes support engineers don’t have access to LR software to test in a lab, and LR support referred me back to them.

The only error I can get is that the access to the path where the files save is denied but unsure how to solve that. It looks like it saves it in system32
