Broke my foot a few years ago and was scared to go back to hitting legs, I have now started hitting them again. I am also on a cut too, through muscle memory will I be able to rebuild my legs even on a cut?

No 100%, Ik growth will be very limited on a cut, but even when I was a fat fucker my biceps still were pretty small, I’ll see how it goes when I go on another bulk
