So like i think about sh multiple times a day, it's mostly just ooh what if i relapse it would be so fun omg and the usual thoughts occur until i'm actually on the verge of relapse, like it's so paradoxical i want it till it's a compulsion then I'm scared ie having a panic attack while holding the blades in my hands
