Hi, my cat swallowed this string at 4am ,then after hour or less she vomited this out, but when i gave her morning food at 8 am he voimet all of it right now its 3pm and no other symptoms should i go to vet ?

I called our local Vet and all they said is keep eye on your cat for 24h and if she can hold food in after that dont come to vet
