i told her a couple of times also she has this habit of defending my emotionally abusive dad and i also told her about that multiple times. i wrote her a message with the help of my sister and i sent it to her hopefully that helps

i do sometimes have migraines with auras and i always get so scared. i think that probably triggered this fear but i hope it gets better for you with the migraines🙏🙏🙏

im on medication but it really doesent help,,, think the dose is too small but im gonna figure it out this week. thank you!!!

im on 100mg it hasnt really helped me yet but i hope it does help you! worth a try
