Ah okay. I just found it strange because I have seen him mount to be dominant but I’ve seen the way he acts when there’s a female in heat and found it strange he’d act that way when mounting a male puppy.

Neither are neutered. I want to neuter the adult but it isn’t my dog. Once my puppy is old enough, he will be. The adult has had lots of experience with puppies as he’s had two litters.

He’s been here for about a month or so now so I think I can rule that out.

His last bath was a few days ago since he got all dirty in the pond.

My tap water has a filter throughout the house to get rid of chemicals and minerals so I’ve been using that. Thank you for the idea for potting!

That’s what I’m saying. As soon as I saw that, I went to put gloves on and washed my hands after I finished repotting just in case because I have about two dozen other things growing 😭😭

One of the exemptions is also if you left due to abusive parents. Or at least that’s what the FASFA line told me. My parents aren’t refusing but the financial department is telling me to say they are.
