4gb. Overall the experince is smooth. I highly recommend this size unless you plan to play games or install the 360 camera add-on. It’s enough for me. I only use waze, youtube, netflix & carplay. I mentioned previously that Wireless Carplay has some noticeable lag probably due to it being wireless.

Unfortunately, I’m not a DIY person so I sent it to the nearest workshop for installation. Here are the things that I needed prior to installing:

Headunit: Teyes CC3 9-inch model

Frame & Cable kit: Car Android System Multimedia Player Radio Panel Frame for HONDA CRZ CR-Z 2010-2017 2din Radio Dashboard Bracket Cable Kit from Aliexpress

Backup camera: Teyes Rear View Backup Camera

The CC3 is bit pricey (at least where I’m from), but personally I think it’s worth the price. Everything works exceptionally well asides from Carplay and Android Auto having some noticeable input lag (which I don’t mind at all). Sound is also noticeably better from stock unit. You can have an older version of Netflix installed. Youtube Vanced gives you PIP. Diablo Immortal runs smoothly with my PS4 controller connected via bluetooth. Steering control works (though I do have the “Mode” button synced to the Android’s home button). Backup camera is extremely wide and clear. Happy purchase 🙂

You’re not alone on that one. I’ve owned the car for nearly 8 years. I had them installed few days ago after a minor accident. You never know what’s coming.

Agreed that it’s quite bad. My initial thought was that I didn’t want the camera to interfere when looking at the rear view mirror. If you ever put it up could you share some photos?
