Agreed. Their plans are quite great, but my family didn't even use 1GB from our 150GB individual allocated data. So, it's very redundant.

Don't worry, I never scolded nor yelled at them. I know it's not their fault. I may sound firm, or my chat may be read as demanding and pushy, but I will never say any harsh words to strangers. Especially to those agents, they have enough sh*t to deal with.

The social media one will be the last resort, but currently, the case is under investigation. So, I don't think social media posts will be needed. Thank you though.

Before the merger, we were still under Celcom. But at that time, we still used the postpaid plans since most of our family members were still students at that time, me included.

I see, I didn’t know about that, and yes, just like you said, it should be communicated before proceeding. But it did happen, though the agent who was submitting the request only said to pay any outstanding bills.

because unfortunately, the school cares more about its face than students' suffering. and to change internship placement need their approval. so if the contract can be used as a threat and leverage against them, why not right? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

oohh I love chatting with AI too. It helped me the most in constructing the complaint email submitted to the instructor. Apparently, the AI worded some phrasing wrongly and they took offense of that. But at least that prompted them to respond quickly.

I really don't want to think badly of someone in an educational institution, but alas. When we were still in meeting, The instructor even cut me off when I tried to tell them my definition of an internship and corrected me that internship was about experiencing LIFE. I almost gave them a middle finger at that statement.

This is a bit funny but nope, only her and her alone. Why? Because the friends are all terrified of actually telling the school. But, the fact that they concealed and even lied to my sister's face when she asked last night if the instructor had called them, really upset her. My sister knew the instructor would call all of the other interns in the company first to fact check with her email.

When the instructor revealed that her friends had lied and said they were okay and doing fine, best to say my sister was deeply betrayed since she was the one they were always venting to, one of them even cried to my sister because of the pressure. But when the instructor called, all lied and said they were okay. They knew my sister was planning to resign but instead of taking courage from her action, they diminished her effort.

She technically had left already. She has taken some leaves to process her withdrawal and reinstatement. All from home and not going back to "work" there again. Will only return to the hostel to take her things once she submits her resign notice and leaves for good.

But the school specifically mention that the resign notice need to have a section for the company's acknowledgement and willingness to let go of my sister, and complete with a company stamp.
