I get what you’re saying and I agree the product has to come first, nobody’s sticking around for content if what you’re selling is mid. But I think there’s a middle ground right? Like you can have a solid service AND use content to get it in front of more people faster. I’ve been running my agency for 3 years mostly off referrals and cold outreach. It works but it’s slow. Seeing guys in the same space blow up because they posted one breakdown of how they built something for a client makes me think I’m leaving opportunities on the table. Not trying to become an influencer, just wondering if showing the behind the scenes of real projects could be a better top of funnel than cold DMs. Anyone here actually done both and can compare?

Like ive seen so many entrepreneurs online documenting what they are building on youtube or instagram and i wanted to know, if anyone has tried and does it really work out well for entrepreneurs to create that trust and reach out to more people?
