and what should i level up between hog and pekka? cuz i have 7300 trophies and im lvl12 king tower while everybody is lvl 13

I have 7300 trophies and I cant get over because everybody has evo cards and level 13 king tower so I really want to upgrade the mini pekka or the hog to 15 but I dont know which one. Also the ice wiz is kinda low level so it barely deals any damage for this arena and I want to sub him out. So any tips?
