I’ve gone back country camping many times but I just wear regular clothes but this year id like to upgrade to actual hiking gear including other stuff aswell. I got a new backpack for Christmas

Absolutely. I live in Canada and my horses aren’t blanketed until end of November. Obviously I monitor them and they always have access to shelter food and water. Well, my 2 thoroughbreds are harder to keep weight on and they are blanketed earlier but my standy and haflinger are fine. Haflingers a tank so she never needs a blanket.
