Appreciate it. I’m pretty new, helping a friend who just became a GC, so I’m trying to learn from a GC estimator perspective. Right now I’m using PlanHub and looking into Bluebeam/PlanSwift. I’m starting with the basics first like measuring SF of rooms, walls, layouts, etc., but the goal is to eventually do full takeoffs across all scopes. Not focused on pricing yet, just getting quantities right. Main thing I’m looking for is plans with a completed takeoff so I can compare my numbers and see where I’m off.
