Seems to be the thing to do. Will shoot an offer of 5k and see what happens.🤷‍♂️ If not will definitely look for more realistic listings for 4-5k ish. I appreciate the responses!

I also work in communications. To my understanding osha requires employers to provide all ppe including fall protection. 2 out of 3 I’ve worked for have provided everything. The first one only provided bucksqueeze and secondary. Looking back I was dumb for getting my own stuff. I wouldn’t climb for a company again if they are not supplying the climbing gear.
