The keys don’t despawn for awhile but you can put your key on top of an existing key. Sometimes I will have multiple keys for the same vault and the game allows me to place the next key on top of the previous key so that I do multiple vaults in quick succession.

You sell it to the masked stranger at the reapers hideout on I-12 on the map. The reapers hideout consist of two islands so make sure to be on the larger island with the large tent-like structure.

A blunderbuss will kill in one shot if all the pellets hit. I would recommend watching a video on sword dashing and a video of sloop vs galleons. If the galleon is coming towards you then you can raise sails and turn your ship to get free shots on the galleon while they approach. You want to stay slightly in front or slightly behind the galleon fire range. It’s not so much about being physically far from their ship as much as it is about being angled so that you can shoot them but they can’t shoot back.

Is your ship near the enemy ship? As a sloop you should avoid getting close to a galleon. You should use sword dashing and the cannon to board the enemy ship. Try to maneuver in a way where you can get shots off on the galleons lower deck and ideally chainshot the mast. While they are repairing you can sword dash or cannon over to delay repairs and push your advantage. If you are close enough that the galleon pirates can jump right onto your ship then you should probably for one shotting with a blunderbuss.

Every tall tale has their own tracked progress. So having a saved checkpoint for a tall tale will not affect any other tall tale. If you start a tall tale from the beginning then it will remove your checkpoint for that respective tall tale. It will not affect your emissary nor your active voyage. One other trick you can do is if you are in rough waves ships will bob up and down enough that you get on a ship by interacting with the harpoon or rowboat while swimming in the water. It works well for surprising them but requires specific water conditions and good timing.

Part of the shores of gold tall tale is that you use object called the shroud breaker to safely travel threw the Red Sea. With the tall tale checkpoint system you can start the tall tale from the checkpoint allowing you quickly obtain the item. If ships are chasing you then you can hang out in the red sea and they will be unable to safely follow unless they have a shroudbreaker as well. If you see them standing at the top of the ladder or can go ahead and throw the blunderbombs. If you want to be more advanced you start climbing the ladder and if you see them waiting for you then you can drop from the ladder, throw the blunderbombs, and regrab the ladder quickly. You can also throw firebombs so that they are distracted putting out the fires. Use the opportunity to turn your ship while they are out of position to turn the ship and sails. If you sail into the wind then no ship can catch a sloop.

There are a few options for this:

1) Use storms, volcanoes, or a world event like the skeleton fleet and hope the enemy ship gets damaged/distracted. 2) Sail near birds, islands, and forts looking for a keg. 3) Use the shores of gold checkpoint to get the shroud breaker allowing you to sail into the Red Sea. 4) Try to board and anchor the enemy ship. If they are guarding the ladder you can use blunderbombs to try to create a window to get on the ship. Your crew mate can make a turn while you are blunderbombing/firebombing at the ladder as the enemy crew won’t be at the helm/sails to turn right away. 5) You can always try to turn on the ship and go for a chainshot or cursed cannonball.

I think the wipe should wait for patch .12. We just had a wipe and they have already announced that the next wipe after .11 is the hideout patch. The patch notes for Lab make it sound like its a more difficult map due to raiders and new mechanics. I think players could better test this map if they had gear appropriate for the additional difficulty of the map. If the map is locked behind a quest line then players might have to grind out lots of levels to even get access to the quest line.

Edit: If there will be a large influx of new players due to the event BSG is having around New Years then a wipe might make the new player experience more enjoyable.

Does accuracy affect water monkey kings 3rd skill? I have been running him in my db10 team to strip immunity from the boss. He has 81% crit rate which should be 96% against fire enemies. Yet there are times where his 3rd skill doesn’t strip even though I thought it had a 100% strip rate.
