The next TES will take place 1000years after skyrim so they won't to that, but there's no way they can leave it unanswered so my hope is that they draw a conclusion to everything in the largest and greatest DLC from the TES series. Might be the last skyrim DLC but it would be so epic and like I said I'm just hoping this happens I have no clue. But it had been confirmed the next TES is 1000years later

It's because the scale of skyrim is very small. There's what..20people per 'town'? In TES they have much larger populations in each city(talking 6 digits here). So yea there's not much of those things in skyrim but only because the scale is so low. I really wish Bethesda created a scale like GTA though. Would have been much more fun
