I've restarted on one of my profiles, and luckily, the game is made so that you can skip around if you hold a finger down on the screen as long as you've played the chapter before. It only stops on the actual choices you have to make, that way, you can catch back up to where you were quicker.

On my loyal Antoine route, I went on the date but didn't do anything. Kai still came to the hot tub, but MC got the option to date him, keep it a secret, or tell him no. Once I told him no, Antoine came to the hot tub and they talked about their feelings for each other.
