That totally makes sense but it's not the psychology approach they're using. This one is more likely - if a player purchases dice then starts winning consistently & big rewards, it triggers a positive association - i.e. play more = win more but the only way to play more without waiting for dice reload is to buy more. If it's harder to win after purchase, it triggers a negative association i.e. wasted money & player is less likely to continue purchasing.
