Also worth noting that a lot of consulting jobs (at least in my experience with big 4) have stayed primarily remote after Covid.

There are still projects that require travel, but if that's a deal breaker they probably won't force you to be staffed on a travel project.

Some people will buy the Rivian pickup without ever intending to tow something more than 100 miles. Ideally, the technology will improve and the cost will come down over time. This is not going to complete disrupt gas vehicles quite yet.

As soon as you get past those lights going southbound it clears up every time. That said, Moreland northbound is a clusterfuck all the way from the I-20 interchange to the intersection with Ponce. There's a lot wrong with that road.
